Philippa Stroud Visit
Philippa Stroud, the Conservative Prospective Parliamentary Candidate (PPC) for Sutton & Cheam, is coming to Nonsuch on Tuesday.
She is currently the Executive Director for Social Justice, a right wing think tank and lives close by in Sutton. She has had a fascinating career so far, working with drug addicts in Hong Kong and developing policy on social issues. She has three teenage children and her husband is a Church leader. See her website here and an article today about her in The Times here as the 'new face' in Tory politics.
Come along to hear her speak and ask her questions on Tuesday 26 January at 1.20pm in the library.

HER WEDDING DRESS WAS MADE BY THE EX TRIAD LADIES OUT OF GRATITUDE.
ReplyDeletea very important point.
hmm, however fascinating she is, it doesn't change the fact that she's a conservative...
ReplyDeleteand really, she needs to invest in a new outfit, she's constantly wearing the same shirt!!! that or she needs to actually do things in the constituency and not go pose in different places all on the same day!!
I don't understand......she doesn't live here?!
ReplyDeleteShe lives in Central London!
But she hangs out in Costa in the mornings though. Surely that is enough?!
YOU PEOPLE ARE NEVER SATISFIED.
oh wow, costa
ReplyDeletethat hot bed of real people's problems
COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH
ReplyDeleteNot sure where you're getting your information from Philippa Stroud definitely lives in Sutton!!!
ReplyDeleteyeh she may live here but she doesn't seem to care too much about the constituency. she only wants to become more powerful within the conservative party.
ReplyDeleteShe lives on Mulgrave Road. You may sometimes catch her 'playing lacrosse with her daughters in Nonsuch Park'
ReplyDeleteyou can also catch Paul Burstow on snow days playing with his kids there.
OOOOOHHH FIGHT
hehe, yes exactly. "playing lacrosse" typically private-schooled conservetve activity, no...?
